Hi, I'm Matt.

I'm a marketing and growth operator who builds the machine. Most marketers stop at the strategy. I build the AI products, content engines, and brands that actually run the growth — then I run them.

I built RunOctopus, an AI platform that helps busy operators get found and cited in AI search by generating programmatic content at a scale no human team could match. I run Mission Driven, and I've shipped real DTC brands and Shopify businesses end to end — store, brand, and SEO engine.

Here's the part most people miss on a résumé: I'm not a traditional engineer. I ship real software by directing AI — which means I move from idea to working product faster than teams ten times my size. My throughline is leverage: build the system that produces the work, so it compounds while you sleep.

Before this, I ran a marketing agency for five years managing over $40 million in ad spend, then brought that founder's intensity into in-house growth leadership — Head of Marketing at Tom's Key, Hungry Bark, and Digital Dream Labs, building SEO from scratch, scaling paid media, and driving real revenue. Most recently I built All Angles Creatures, a DTC subscription brand, solo to $1.56M ARR in under a year. I'm based in Daytona Beach, and I'm looking for the next growth team to build the machine for.
